Flowserve's PNV Automation group, with facilities in Houston, Texas and Solna, Sweden, has been acquired by Amberjack Capital in a carve-out.
Amberjack Capital has closed its carve-out acquisition of the PNV Automation group from Flowserve. The deal was first announced on May 7 and covers PNV's facilities in Houston, Texas and Solna, Sweden.
