One Rock Capital Partners sold EnviroServe, an environmental and waste management services provider, to Clean Harbors for $470 million. EnviroServe’s services span remediation, rail services, industrial cleaning, emergency response, and hazardous and non-hazardous waste transportation and processing.
One Rock had acquired the company through a carve-out from Savage Companies and expanded its footprint through organic growth, greenfield locations, and add-on acquisitions.
