Clean Harbors agreed to acquire EnviroServe, a national provider of environmental and waste management services, from One Rock Capital Partners for $470 million in cash. EnviroServe serves nearly 2,500 customers through a network of 40 locations with permits in 48 states and offers remediation, rail, industrial cleaning and emergency response services.
Clean Harbors expects approximately $25 million in cost synergies, equating to a post-synergy multiple of about nine times adjusted EBITDA.
