Reverence Capital Partners has made a platform investment in Eide Bailly, a top-20 U.S. accounting and advisory firm that has grown to over $800 million in annual revenue with more than 3,500 professionals operating from 50-plus offices since its founding in 1917.
Reverence Capital plans to invest in talent, technology, and infrastructure to accelerate the firm's growth and enhance client service capabilities, while Eide Bailly will continue under its existing leadership team, including Managing Partner/CEO Jeremy Hauk and Chief Operating Officer Andy Spillum.
