Rallyday-Backed Insero Acquires Cause + Effect Strategy
The Rochester data, analytics and AI consultancy adds 33 employees to Insero’s advisory platform.
Insero Advisors, a Rallyday Partners portfolio company, has acquired Cause + Effect Strategy, a Rochester, New York-based data, analytics and AI services firm. Founded in 2015, the target combines strategy, data architecture, data engineering, analytics and AI implementation to help businesses use their data.
The acquisition adds 33 employees to Insero, which has approximately 160 professionals and employees in 14 states. The combination pairs Cause + Effect’s technical capabilities with Insero’s accounting, tax and business-advisory services.
Nancy Catarisano leads Insero, and John Loury is president of Cause + Effect Strategy.
