BlackRock acquires CenterWell Senior Primary Care clinics
BlackRock will acquire Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe's existing equity stake for approximately $2.8 billion, becoming majority owner while CenterWell retains a minority interest and continues managing the clinics, which make up the nation's largest senior-focused primary care provider.
BlackRock backed a new joint venture with CenterWell to own and operate nearly 150 CenterWell Senior Primary Care clinics, a senior-focused value-based primary care network.
