Uplift Investors-backed Orion Legal MSO has partnered with John Foy & Associates, an Atlanta-based personal injury law firm that has served clients across Georgia for more than two decades.
The firm is widely regarded as the market leader among personal injury practices in Atlanta and has secured over $1 billion in compensation for injury victims.
Under the partnership, Orion will provide non-legal operational support—including marketing, finance, technology, and administrative infrastructure—while the firm remains 100% owned by founder John Foy, who continues to direct legal practice.
“Welcoming John Foy & Associates as a partner firm marks another important milestone for Orion,” said Doug Rosenstein, Managing Partner of Uplift Investors.
John Foy will also join Orion’s National Advisory Board.
The partnership builds on Orion’s existing platform, which was founded with Dudley DeBosier Injury Lawyers and most recently added Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers.
