Horsepower Automotive Group, a diversified automotive aftermarket platform focused on off-road and overlanding accessories, has been acquired by River Associates Investments from Huron Capital.
The platform was assembled through nine add-on acquisitions during Huron's ownership, offering bumpers, armor, and fabrication products for Jeeps, trucks, and SUVs under brands including Addictive Desert Designs, DV8 Offroad, and Rago Fabrication.
Huron had owned the business since 2015 and invested in a dedicated Arizona manufacturing facility to consolidate operations and accelerate product development.
