Post Oak Energy Capital sold Switchgrass E&P, an oil and gas operator focused primarily on Oklahoma’s SCOOP play, to an undisclosed buyer.
The Oklahoma asset is in the oil and gas exploration and production market and includes producing acreage in the SCOOP.
During Post Oak Energy Capital’s ownership, Switchgrass built future drilling opportunities through acquisitions and operating activity.
The seller is a Houston-based energy private equity firm, and the buyer was not identified.
