NexPhase Capital invested in EVERYWHERE Communications, a software company providing communications, workforce safety and operational visibility tools for government and enterprise customers. Its platform combines satellite, cellular and Wi-Fi connectivity with messaging, location monitoring, automated check-ins and emergency response.
Founded in 2016 and based in Annapolis, Maryland, EVERYWHERE serves customers in more than 175 countries across sectors including utilities, mining, oil and gas and humanitarian aid. The company will retain its management team and plans to invest in products and customer support while evaluating acquisitions.
