Karman Space & Defense agreed to acquire Walker Precision Engineering from BGF for approximately $94 million.
Glasgow-based Walker manufactures precision components and assemblies for more than 25 European tactical missile, air and defense programs, with in-house capabilities spanning engineering, advanced materials, machining, electroplating and electromechanical assembly.
Karman said the acquisition will establish its first European footprint and expand access to missile programs operated by allied nations.
The transaction is expected to close in Karman's fiscal third quarter, subject to regulatory approvals.
