Altair Industries acquires Central Wire Industries

Altair Industries has acquired Central Wire Industries, a 1955-founded manufacturer of specialty alloy wire and cable products with 12 manufacturing sites across the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

The company produces high-performance materials including stainless steel, nickel alloys, and red metals, serving more than 3,000 customers in aerospace and defense, industrial, medical, and energy markets.
