LEHR, a Broadwing Capital portfolio company, acquired the emergency vehicle upfitting assets of ProLogic ITS, an Acworth, Georgia-based public safety technology provider.
The acquired business outfits law enforcement, fire, and EMS vehicles across Georgia, Florida, and the surrounding Southeast.
The transaction adds six locations across Georgia, Alabama, and Florida, extending LEHR's national footprint deeper into the region and enabling the company to serve federal agency fleets.
Its upfitting technicians are background checked, drug tested, and hold Level 3 CJIS clearance to meet the security standards agencies expect.
"As its 10th add-on in just two years, this acquisition is another example of LEHR's disciplined approach to growth," said Eliot Kerlin, Managing Partner of Broadwing Capital.
The existing leadership team of the upfitting operation will stay in place and report to Brandon Jessup, LEHR's Vice President of Eastern Operations.
