Orthopaedic Solutions Management acquired Orlando Orthopaedic Center and its affiliated Orlando Orthopaedic Outpatient Surgery Center. The transaction adds a Central Florida orthopedic practice and ambulatory surgery center to OSM, a Vesey Street Capital Partners-backed, physician-led musculoskeletal services platform.
OSM supports more than 187 physicians and 470 providers across more than 44 locations. The platform provides practices with administrative, analytics and growth resources while preserving physician governance.
