Blue Owl Capital funds, together with Moor Park Capital Partners, completed the acquisition of a portfolio of 12 acute-care hospitals operated by Spire Healthcare Group in the U.K. The assets are leased to Spire and expand the Blue Owl European net lease and real assets strategy.
