Apollo Funds invest in Apex Service Partners
Alpine-backed Apex operates residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical brands across 46 states, with more than 13,000 employees and over $3 billion of annual revenue.
Apollo-managed funds agreed to acquire a minority interest in Apex Service Partners, the Alpine Investors-backed residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services platform.
Apex operates 75 local brands across 46 states, has more than 13,000 employees and has served more than 16 million homes since its 2019 founding.
The investment is meant to support Apex's national expansion, broader multi-trade offerings and continued investment in technology and talent infrastructure, with Alpine also making an additional investment.
Terms were not disclosed, and the transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
