Altas and L Catterton to Acquire Majority Stake in Fullscript
The platform supports more than 135,000 healthcare practitioners across North America; closing is expected in the fourth quarter.
Altas Partners and L Catterton agreed to acquire a majority stake in Fullscript, a healthcare practitioner platform, from HGGC and Snapdragon Capital Partners. Founded in 2011, Fullscript supports more than 135,000 practitioners serving ten million patients annually across North America.
Its tools cover supplement recommendations and fulfillment, laboratory management, wearable health data and patient adherence. The company acquired Rupa Health in 2024 to add laboratory ordering capabilities and partnered with Oura in January 2026 to bring wearable data into clinical workflows.
The buyers will support further platform development. Closing is expected in the fourth quarter, subject to regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
