PAI Partners takes majority stake in Arlettie
The deal backs a consignment-based model whose revenue has more than tripled over four years in luxury stock clearance.
PAI Partners acquired Arlettie, international B2B inventory management specialist for luxury brands.
The company organizes private sales, staff sales and inventory-clearance events through showrooms in Paris, London, Milan and New York City and an online channel.
Arlettie runs a consignment-based, asset-light model with relationships across more than 220 luxury and contemporary brands and a database of over 120,000 active consumers.
The majority-stake transaction is being made through PAI Mid-Market Fund II in partnership with founders Muryel Lanneau and Thibaut Caillemer du Ferrage.
Terms were not disclosed.
PAI plans to support international growth, particularly in the United States, along with further development of Arlettie's omnichannel platform, technology and luxury brand relationships.
