Riverview Landscapes adds Kevin Labadini Corp.
Commercial landscaping and snow-management provider Kevin Labadini Corp. becomes Riverview's 26th acquisition and joins its Boston Metro West branch.
Riverview Landscapes has acquired Kevin Labadini Corp., a Shrewsbury, Massachusetts-based commercial landscaping and snow-management provider, as a tuck-in to its Boston Metro West branch.
Labadini shifted from landscape construction toward a recurring landscape-maintenance model in recent years; its local facility will continue serving customers with support from Riverview's Hudson operations.
The transaction is Riverview's 26th acquisition since 2022, adding to a Talus Holdings-backed platform with more than 800 employees across the Northeast.
