Bland Landscaping adds Charleston Grounds and Clear Lakes
Adds landscaping and aquatics capabilities in Charleston and Myrtle Beach to a Vesterra Capital Partners-backed platform building a broader Southeast presence.
Charleston Grounds Management and Clear Lakes and Wetland Services, two South Carolina landscaping and aquatics businesses serving coastal customers, have been acquired by Bland Landscaping. Bland already had roots in South Carolina and will now serve more communities along the coast.
The deal adds landscaping and aquatics capabilities in the Charleston and Myrtle Beach growth markets, which the company views as part of its broader Southeast platform. Bland Landscaping is backed by Vesterra Capital Partners.
CEO Kurt Bland said founders Lee and Ken built the two businesses with strong quality reputations.
