Advanced Integration Technology, the Onex Partners-backed aerospace and defense automation platform, has acquired Futuramic Tool & Engineering, a full-service engineering, fabrication, and installation provider specializing in automation and tooling for the space launch sector.

The acquisition combines complementary tooling expertise and scales AIT’s ability to rapidly deploy complex automation and tooling solutions for its aerospace and defense customers.
John Couch will continue to lead Futuramic’s operations alongside the existing management team.
