Built in 1990, the 34,700-square-foot Valdosta property was 90% leased and shadow-anchored by Walmart at closing, with tenants including Sally Beauty, Hibbett Sports and GameStop.
Prudent Growth Partners, LLC acquired Perimeter Oaks Shopping Center, a neighborhood retail center.
The transaction adds Valdosta, Georgia, US $5.3 million.
