Thrive TRM acquired Incentiv, an executive compensation data network built for private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
The company standardizes member-contributed benchmarks across cash, equity and incentive structures for more than 500 PE-backed companies.

The acquisition brings compensation intelligence into the talent relationship management workflows that Thrive’s private equity and portfolio company customers already use for executive search, pipeline development, and leadership relationships.
Incentiv will operate as a standalone subsidiary within Thrive, with member data governance unchanged.
