M&M International adds KC Tech

KC Tech, a family-owned manufacturer of larger-diameter medical-grade stainless-steel tubing, has been acquired by Gainline Capital Partners-backed M&M International.
The transaction adds a complementary line to M&M, which produces precision-engineered small-diameter tubing for medical device makers.
Gainline acquired M&M in July 2024 and installed a U.S.-based management team to drive organic growth and pursue add-ons.
"Our plan from the outset was to drive both organic growth and pursue strategic add-ons to scale the business," said Rob Dellinger, Partner at Gainline.
Founded in 1993 and headquartered in Edison, New Jersey, M&M operates manufacturing facilities in South Korea serving a global customer base.
