TriPost Capital Partners invests $66.5 million in Trilogy Investment Company
Alpharetta, Georgia-based residential developer Trilogy Investment Company receives about $66.5 million from New York real estate investor TriPost.
TriPost Capital Partners, a New York-based real estate private equity firm, has made a strategic capital investment of approximately $66.5 million in Trilogy Investment Company, according to a November 2, 2026 announcement. The investment is intended to support Trilogy's next phase of growth.
The partnership combines growth capital for the operating company with balance sheet capital, a programmatic commitment to fund future Trilogy projects, and the recapitalization of select existing Trilogy investments. TriPost will invest alongside Trilogy at the general partner level, which Trilogy says will reduce the need to raise equity deal by deal. The commitment includes provisions for additional tranches.
Trilogy, which develops build-to-rent and for-sale communities in the Southeast and Southwest, reports preliminary assets under management of about $800 million and a development pipeline of about 12,000 units. TriPost was founded in 2014 by Brad Carroll and Todd Silverman.
