KSL-backed Heritage Golf Group acquires Fox Hollow Golf Club
Heritage Golf Group buys Fox Hollow Golf Club, a semi-private Tampa Bay course, from the Creighton family, its 51st property and fourth acquisition in four months.
The deal is Heritage's 51st property nationwide and its fourth acquisition in four months, bringing its Florida portfolio to 14 clubs.
Fox Hollow sits within ten miles of two existing Heritage properties, The Club at Cheval and TPC Tampa Bay. Heritage says the cluster will create operational efficiencies and attract traveling golfers.
Heritage plans immediate capital improvements, starting with overseeding in the first week of ownership, and is evaluating longer-term renovations. Jim Oliver, Chief Operating Officer of Heritage, said the location makes the club a natural addition to its Tampa Bay portfolio.
