HR Path acquires Payroll Experts Australia

HR Path announced the strategic acquisition of Payroll Experts Australia, a Brisbane-based consultancy focused on payroll compliance, payroll remediation, time and attendance, and HR systems advisory. Terms were not disclosed.

Founded in 2009, Payroll Experts Australia has completed more than 530 projects for over 260 organizations in Australia and New Zealand. It is independent of software vendors and advises employers across payroll and HR system processes, including payroll audits, compliance, collective agreement interpretation, payroll processing, and system implementation.

HR Path said the deal strengthens its ability to provide end-to-end HR transformation services in Australia and New Zealand and complements its SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS technology capabilities. Payroll Experts Australia will operate under the brand "Payroll Experts Australia, an HR Path Company," with its management team and employees retaining their current roles.
