Abry Partners makes platform investment in KaufmanIT
Based in Irvine, California, the managed services provider supports SMBs with IT, cybersecurity and cloud services across Southern California.
KaufmanIT, an Irvine, California provider of managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud services for small and mid-sized businesses, received a platform investment from Abry Partners.
Founded in 2010, the company serves clients with as many as 2,500 users across Orange County, Los Angeles and the broader Southern California region.
“We are pleased to partner with Abry as we enter our next phase of growth,” said Matthew Kaufman, Founder and CEO of KaufmanIT.
The investment is intended to fund service-line growth across cybersecurity and IT solutions and support KaufmanIT’s push in the managed services market.
Terms were not disclosed.
