Interstate Threaded Products, a Dallas-based manufacturer of specialty threaded fasteners founded in 1973, has been acquired by Rox Capital Partners, and President Rick Stone will continue to lead the company.
The company supplies custom fastening solutions to customers in infrastructure, power generation, construction, telecommunications, industrial manufacturing, and agriculture across North America.

Rox plans to invest in organic growth initiatives and pursue add-on acquisitions to extend the platform's presence in those end markets.
