EPIC Insurance Brokers acquires Los Angeles agency Randall Insurance

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants has acquired E. Broox Randall & Sons Inc., known as Randall Insurance, a boutique insurance agency based in Los Angeles. The deal was announced on November 3, 2026, and the purchase price was not disclosed.

Randall Insurance provides personal insurance for high-net-worth individuals and families, along with commercial insurance for businesses. Its HNW personal business will join EPIC's Private Client practice, while its small business commercial accounts will be supported through EPIC Main Street and EPIC's broader Los Angeles commercial operations. The agency was founded in 1922 by E. Broox Randall and has been led by Richard M. Bryant since 1988.

EPIC president of private client Kevin Daley said the firm was drawn to Randall's shared focus on service and its Los Angeles presence, which expands EPIC's Southern California footprint. Bryant said the agency can keep its client-first approach while gaining the resources of a national brokerage.
