Warren Equity Partners buys USG Water Solutions
Serving municipal and private utilities, the company maintains water tanks, pipe networks and plant structures and runs smart metering and water-quality programs.
USG Water Solutions, a water asset management services provider for municipal and private water customers in North America, was sold by Turnspire Capital Partners to Warren Equity Partners.
The company works across the 48 contiguous states with more than 450 employees, serving water and wastewater plants through tank, pipe network and concrete-structure maintenance.
USG also provides turnkey smart metering programs and water-quality technologies for utility customers.
Turnspire carved USG out of Veolia in early 2023, and the sale is the first full exit from Turnspire Value Fund II.
“We are extremely proud of the USG management team’s accomplishments during our ownership period under the leadership of CEO John Flaugher,” said Ilya Koffman, Managing Partner of Turnspire.
