Talica adds Hard Anodize
The acquisition adds Type II and Type III anodizing, conversion coating and precision masking capabilities to Talica's existing passivation, electropolishing and precision cleaning services.
Talica acquired Hard Anodize Inc., a Minneapolis-area provider of precision aluminum anodizing and specialized surface treatments. The JLL Partners-backed platform gains an AS9100- and NADCAP-certified operation serving aerospace, defense and medical device customers, expanding its Upper Midwest presence.
