Amulet Capital Partners has acquired TFP Fertility Group from Benefit Street Partners, adding a regulated fertility platform with clinics and satellite locations across the UK and Poland.

The transaction gives Amulet a platform in reproductive healthcare, a sector the middle-market firm has targeted alongside other healthcare services investments.

TFP operates 10 clinics and 21 satellite and referral centres across the UK and Poland, serving patients with fertility and reproductive health services.

The group has a 35-year clinical heritage and a reputation for patient-centred care.

Chief executive Jude Fleming and the existing management team will remain in place, and the business will continue under the TFP brand with no changes to clinical leadership or standards of care.

Amulet, based in Greenwich, Connecticut and Walnut Creek, California, is a healthcare-focused private equity firm managing approximately $2.5 billion in regulatory assets.

The firm invests from its third fund, which closed on roughly $1.2 billion in capital commitments in July 2024.

Amulet has previously backed healthcare services businesses and fertility providers, and the firm plans to support TFP’s next phase through investments in clinical excellence and broadening access across its core markets.

Lincoln International and McDermott Will & Emery advised Amulet.

Rothschild & Co and Linklaters advised Benefit Street Partners.
