CenterGate Capital has invested in Canadian Dental Labs, a Toronto-based manufacturer of dental prosthetics and orthodontic appliances, to build a platform in the fragmented Canadian dental lab market.
The company operates a network of 11 laboratories across Canada under premium brands including Shaw Lab Group, Protec Dental, Hallmark Dental, and Universal Dental, serving over 5,000 independent dental professionals and dental service organizations.
