Salto Systems, a global smart access and identity solutions provider, received a minority investment from Inflexion Private Equity Partners as part of a broader shareholder reorganization.

Alantra Private Equity exited its Fund III position in the company while redeploying capital through Fund IV and a dedicated co-investment vehicle, with Sofina, Peninsula Capital Partners and other minority shareholders also selling.

Headquartered in Oyarzun, Spain, Salto has grown revenue sixfold to over €460 million since Alantra first backed the company in 2013, and now employs more than 1,850 people across 50 offices worldwide.

The co-investment vehicle is anchored by Indar Kartera, while new shareholders Asúa Inversiones, Beraunberri and Key Wolf also joined alongside Inflexion.

The transaction preserves the founders and long-standing local investors as majority shareholders.
