Cable Dahmer buys Dale Willey Chevrolet GMC in Lawrence, Kansas
Greg Maurer sold his Chevrolet and GMC dealership in Lawrence, Kansas, to Cable Dahmer Automotive Group, which will rename it and keep its current location.
Cable Dahmer Automotive Group has acquired Dale Willey Chevrolet GMC in Lawrence, Kansas, from owner Greg Maurer. The dealership will be renamed Cable Dahmer Chevrolet GMC and will remain at its current location. It becomes the group's third dealership in Kansas and its tenth overall, across Missouri and Kansas.
Cable Dahmer, which traces its roots to a 1957 Cable Chevrolet opening in Kansas City, Missouri, said it plans to keep the existing team and invest in their growth. Carlos Ledezma, the group's president, said the group would run the store the way it has run its others since 2002.
Performance Brokerage Services served as exclusive sell-side advisor to Maurer, with partners Paul Kechnie, Matt Willis and Jamie Farley leading the transaction. Dale Willey Automotive was founded in 1970 and was Maurer's final dealership sale.
