AnaCap-backed Ryze has acquired Krata, a Spanish real estate valuation firm, marking the Italian real estate consultancy's entry into Spain.
Krata, which generated over €10 million in revenue in 2025, specializes in valuing portfolios of residential, commercial, logistics, and tertiary assets and operates from offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Seville, and Valencia.
The acquisition is Ryze's seventh in two years, following recent deals for French firms Vsa Property and Solia Paref; AnaCap provided financial support for the transaction.
Krata’s management, led by president Iñigo Amiano Bergara and CEO Javier Anaya Mohino, will continue to lead the business.
