Apogem Capital leads minority investment in Family Care Center
Serving individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD and other conditions, the Denver-based provider has more than 50 clinics across five states and over 1,300 team members.
Family Care Center, a Denver-based outpatient mental health provider backed by Revelstoke Capital Partners, closed a minority equity sale led by Apogem Capital with additional investors. The company serves individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD and other mental health conditions and operates more than 50 clinics across five states, employing more than 1,300 team members.
Revelstoke partnered with Founder and Chief Medical Officer Dr. Chuck Weber in December 2020 to increase access to high-quality mental healthcare, growing the business from four locations in one state to over 50 locations exclusively through new clinic openings. "We are proud of the positive impact that Family Care Center has on its patients, providers and communities," said Michael Constantinides, Partner at Revelstoke.
