Great Hill Partners backs Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming

Great Hill Partners has made a growth investment in Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming, a pet grooming and specialty retail franchise network with more than 450 locations open or under development across the United States.
Founded in 2007, the Miami-based company operates in 36 states and provides personalized, salon-style grooming alongside a curated offering of gourmet treats, premium pet food, and supplies.
Existing backer Garnett Station Partners, which first invested in 2022 and oversaw a doubling of the footprint, remains a significant partner.
“What attracted us to Woof Gang is the quality of what has already been built: a differentiated brand with a loyal customer following, a franchisee network generating some of the strongest unit-level returns in the industry, and a world class management team,” said David Roberts, Managing Director at Great Hill Partners.
The new capital will fund deeper franchisee support infrastructure, geographic expansion, and enhanced digital marketing capabilities.
In connection with the deal, Roberts and Great Hill Vice President Douglas Wigley will join Woof Gang’s board.
