Aspirity Partners signed a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Onomondo, a Copenhagen-based IoT infrastructure and connectivity company whose technology gives enterprises access to nearly 700 networks worldwide. The combined investment, including additional capital from existing backer EIFO, exceeds €100 million.
Onomondo serves more than 500 customers. The acquisition has not yet closed.
