Oridian Capital Partners-backed AnchorPoint Foundations acquires Foundation Repair Services, B.A.M. Basements and Masons, Cornerstone Foundation Repair and Waterproofing, Champion Waterproofing, Edens Structural Solutions
The initial brand group covers North Carolina, Iowa, Pennsylvania and Oklahoma, serving residential and commercial customers with waterproofing and structural repair services.
Oridian Capital Partners formed AnchorPoint Foundations as a foundation repair and waterproofing services platform with five initial brands: Foundation Repair Services, B.A.M. Basements and Masons, Cornerstone Foundation Repair and Waterproofing, Champion Waterproofing and Edens Structural Solutions.
The group provides foundation repair, crawl space encapsulation, basement waterproofing, concrete lifting and related technical services for residential and commercial customers across North Carolina, Iowa, Pennsylvania and Oklahoma.
Each company will continue operating under its local brand while using shared resources, infrastructure and expertise from the AnchorPoint network.
“AnchorPoint reflects Oridian’s strategy of building strong service platforms in tandem with experienced local management teams,” said Nate Novak, Managing Director of Oridian.
Oridian plans to invest in AnchorPoint’s team and infrastructure and add brands through targeted acquisitions.
