ACACIA Exterior Building Group invests in Bel-Mac and Seashore Construction

Bel-Mac Roofing and Seashore Construction are joining forces under the Bel-Mac name, with a strategic investment from ACACIA Exterior Building Group. The combined company will offer roofing, waterproofing and coatings, concrete repair, exterior cladding, structural framing and building envelope rehabilitation across Northwest Florida and the Gulf Coast.

ACACIA, based in Alexandria, Virginia, partners with and invests in established roofing and exterior building businesses. The parties said existing local leadership will remain in place, and the investment will fund operations, workforce growth and larger projects. Bel-Mac was founded in 1995 and Seashore Construction in 2005. No value was disclosed.
