Nordic Capital agreed to sell ArisGlobal to Dassault Systèmes, completing a full exit from the Waltham, Massachusetts provider of regulatory, safety and quality software for life-sciences companies.

ArisGlobal's LifeSphere platform serves more than 200 life-sciences companies, contract research organizations and government health authorities, including half of the world's 50 largest biopharma companies.

The company processes more than 12 million safety cases annually and is expected to generate about $175 million in revenue in 2026.
