Focused on enterprise AI, Azure, data modernization and cloud-native application development, the Santa Clara company serves healthcare, software and digital platforms customers.
Sverica Capital Management agreed to sell WinWire to NTT DATA, setting up an exit from its investment in the AI-led digital transformation and Microsoft services partner.
Headquartered in Santa Clara, California, WinWire operates global delivery centers in India and works with enterprise customers in healthcare, software and digital platforms.
Founded in 2007 by Ashu Goel and Vineet Arora, WinWire helps enterprises move AI initiatives from pilots into broader deployment.
