RLH Equity sells MCA Connect to Grant Thornton

MCA Connect, a Denver consulting and technology services provider for manufacturing and distribution enterprises, is being sold by RLH Equity Partners to Grant Thornton under a definitive agreement.
The company works within the Microsoft ecosystem and delivers consulting, systems integration, data and analytics, artificial intelligence, automation and cloud-based technology solutions for operations modernization and supply-chain decision-making.
Terms were not disclosed for the pending transaction, which is expected to close early in the third quarter subject to customary closing conditions.
