NB Private Equity Partners sold LookingGlass, a cyber threat intelligence and external attack surface management platform, to ZeroFox.
The business adds threat monitoring and remediation capabilities to ZeroFox's digital risk protection suite for Fortune 500 enterprises and U.S. government agencies.
Baltimore-based ZeroFox was founded in 2013 by Hillary Herlehy, Robert Francis and Christopher Cullison, and provides digital risk protection, threat intelligence and attack surface management.
The company had 871 employees in April 2026 and has raised $154 million across five funding rounds.
NB Private Equity Partners exits after scaling LookingGlass to serve a global customer base.
