Copilot Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Green Eagle Solutions
SET Ventures exits the Spanish software business, whose ARSOS platform automates renewable-energy operations.
Copilot Capital has acquired a majority stake in Green Eagle Solutions, a Spanish software company that automates renewable-energy operations. Founded in 2012, Green Eagle has a presence in 18 countries.
Its ARSOS platform manages wind, solar, battery-storage and hydropower assets, with more than 10,000 wind turbines operating autonomously and over one million automated actions each month. SET Ventures, which backed the company in 2021 and again in 2023, exited its investment.
Squire Patton Boggs advised Copilot, a private equity firm focused on European business-to-business software companies.
