Aptus Aero has acquired E.M.C. Aerospace, an FAA Part 145 repair station in North Miami Beach that provides component MRO for power generation, pneumatic, hydraulic and fuel systems.
The deal extends the Stephens-backed platform's reach to the global passenger, cargo and military operators served by E.M.C. “We are thrilled to welcome Eddie Monserrat, Jesse Monserrat, and the entire EMC team to Aptus Aero,” said Aptus Aero CEO Dale Gabel.
The acquisition is the platform’s second this year, following the purchase of Atlas Aerospace Accessories, as the firm builds out its aviation component MRO offering.
