Francisco Partners acquires DDI software provider EfficientIP

EfficientIP, a Paris-headquartered provider of DNS, DHCP and IP address management software for network security and automation, has been acquired by Francisco Partners from its founders and minority investors TempoCap and Jolt Capital.
The company serves over 1,500 customers worldwide across financial services, telecommunications, energy, retail, education, and the public sector, with approximately 220 employees spanning Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
CEO Norman Girard will continue to lead the business, and founders Jean-Yves Bisiaux, Sylvain Galliano, and Ronan David have reinvested alongside management.
