Alpac Capital acquired Adria News Network, independent news network operating in Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia, and Slovenia.

United Group sold the business, which it formed in February 2026 from news assets across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia.

ANN's brands include N1, Nova S, Vijesti and Danas, delivering multiplatform news to more than 16 million people and employing more than 1,000 journalists and staff.

Terms were not disclosed.

United Group is a Southeastern European telecommunications and media provider majority-owned by BC Partners, while Alpac Capital also holds majority ownership of Euronews.
